Louis Arthur Charles__ is Prince William and Kate Middleton's third child, and he was born only weeks before his uncle, Prince Harry, married Meghan Markle. The boy's name is a small homage to Lord Mountbatten, Prince Charles' great uncle, who was killed in a terrorist attack in 1979.
