I'm more than halfway through my second pregnancy, and I can unequivocally say that this one has been far more difficult than the last. But I'm healthy and the baby is doing great, and on a much more positive note, I can say that between the two experiences I've learned several things that can improve even a hard pregnancy. Just keep in mind that every woman's body handles pregnancy differently, so your best pregnancy may look completely different than any of your amigas'.
