Shakira & other celeb moms share post-pregnancy weight loss secrets!

If you didnt know by know, Shakira has one of the best post-baby bodies most of us have ever seen. We got a glimpse of it after she was spotted frolicking on a Hawaiian beach while on vacation last month with boyfriend Gerard Piqué and now she's showcasing it on Self magazine's September cover.

Let me tell you, those post-baby abs didn't just magically appear. In fact, Shaki tells us EXACTLY how she got back into killer shape!

Shakira told the magazine that she had to get back in shape only two months after giving birth to baby Milan. She needed to be camera-ready for NBC's The Voice. However, Shaki had already been working out during her pregnancy as she was constantly doing Zumba. Her post-baby fitness regimen focused on tightening her abs during her workout sessions.

Her eating plan was based on eight small meals a day filled with fiber, protein, and other muscle building foods. Even though she is most known for her fantastic abs, Shakira tells the magazine that her favorite asset is in fact her butt. No surprise there! She also has a positive outlook on her body and says: "I don't obsess over my flaws, because I see my body as a whole."
