First off, you want to try to stay relaxed during your pumping sessions–stress can hinder your let-down reflex. You'll also want to consider purchasing a double-electric breast pump, or even renting a hospital-grade pump as they are the most efficient and timely options. Be sure to continue nursing your baby regularly when you are home and to continue to maintain a healthy diet and drink plenty of water throughout your work day.
