Prince William and Kate Middleton marked their 13th wedding anniversary by sharing a never before seen wedding picture on their joint Instagram account. The black-and-white picture features the Prince and Princess of Wales smiling from ear to ear on April 29, 2011, the day they were married. A lot has happened for the royal couple since then. Some if it has been great, like the birth of their three children: son George in 2013, daughter Charlotte in 2015, and son Louis in 2018.

But even royals don't get to live fairy tale lives. Recently, Kate revealed that after a planned abdominal surgery she had in January, tests found cancer and she opted to undergo preventive chemotherapy treatment. Because of that, she's been forgoing public appearances and has asked for privacy for herself and her family.
