After nearly seven years of marriage, Kim Kardashian has reportedly filed for divorce from Kanye West, and while sources are indicating that the divorce is amicable, Kanye's unwillingness to "compromise" is apparently what put the nail in the coffin of their marriage, which has struggled to survive through the rapper's ongoing mental health issues over the past year.

"Although Kim and Kanye have been separated for months, it was still emotional for Kim to actually file for divorce," a source told People. "She spent the weekend taking care of herself and her kids. She is spending time with her mom, sisters and hasn't been working. Everyone is supportive. Kim feels very lucky to be surrounded by her big family."
