We are gifted with one body, and only one body, in our lifetime. When we are young, we tend to take that body for granted because it's so forgiving and good to us that we forget that we have to be good to it. As we get older, our body starts to be less forgiving and we start noticing that for our body to keep thriving, we need to take care of it. It can feel daunting, but it doesn't have to be, because fortunately there are many easy ways to care for our body.
