Kylie Jenner has already dominated the cosmetics world, and it looks like now she's got her eye set on ruling the real estate industry. In April 2020, the young mogul made yet another home purchase, adding a gorgeous mansion located in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The home was originally priced at $45 million, according to TMZ, but it looks like Kylie negotiated and purchased the house for $36 million.
Kylie has shared plenty of photos of herself enjoying her beautiful home on Instagram—and from the looks of it, the manse is truly fit for a queen. The makeup mogul's property is so expansive, it is referred to as a resort compound. The single-story home is made up of a whopping 15,350 square feet and comes with its own guardhouse to keep intruders at bay.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder will now be able to prepare her favorite recipes in a chef's kitchen and entertain her many friends with an outdoor projection screen, a home theater, bars, and game rooms. She will be able to keep her figure in shape with a home gym and championship-level tennis and basketball courts that are on the property.
She continues to be one of the youngest and most successful billionaires in the world, and now she's starting to use that wealth. The house has two guest apartments, but as far as we know, this palace will be mostly enjoyed by Queen Kylie and her little princess daughter, Stormi.
