Chances are you've probably been to someone's home where you have to take your shoes off, or maybe you have a no-shoe policy in your own home because you want to keep outdoor germs outdoors instead of getting them on your floors. Well, at Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's home, you might not get asked to take off your shoes, but you will be asked to wear cloth booties over them so as not to scuff their floors because if you do, they'll have to fly in a crew from Europe to fix them. Yup, basically, their floors are too precious to be walked on in shoes.

We know this because in a recent interview for Forbes written by Zack O'Malley Greenburg he shared what it was like to step into the alabaster mansion that Kim and Kanye call home sweet home. Kim described the mansion in Hidden Hills, California, as a "minimal monastery" in a video for Vogue.
