The property is worth $23.5 million and was put up for sale by the Fosters in 2014. It boasts six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and while it seems a bit outdated in terms of the decor, it has Mediterranean-style architecture, which Jenner will get to enjoy this entire summer.

The property is now owned by former Playboy model Hope Dworaczyk and her multimillionare husband, and Kylie will be renting it from them to enjoy as a summer getaway. This is nothing new in the Jenner clan, since she rented a beach house last year, and Caitlin Jenner rented a wonderful Malibu beach house after splitting from Kris Jenner in 2013.
With over 11,000 square feet of indoor space set on 3.3 acres, Kylie won't have an issue hosting her large family and most of her friends for the summer. The mansion is in a perfect setting and it is magazine-cover worthy, because it has an old-world charm that will make a great contrast with Kylie, her family and her friends' modern lifestyles.
