The couple already had their apartment on the 48th floor of the condos at One Madison in New York City's Flatiron District on the market last year but relisted it in May–and now it's finally off their hands. The Observer reported that the pair sold the 3,310 square foot home for $13.9 million, which they originally purchased for $11.7 million in 2014. The apartment had been on the market since 2016 with an original asking price $17.25 million. The couple slashed the cost earlier this year after moving to a different broker at Sotheby's International Realty.
