Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's former Bel Air mansion is up for sale again! The couple originally sold the home in November 2017 but it is already on the market. After entrepreneur Marina Acton purchased the home from the famous pair last year for a whopping $17.8 million, she has placed it on the market again at $18 million. According to reports, Acton is looking for a bigger (yes, bigger!) place since she's expecting a baby–and she is reportedly looking to relocate to Florida.

TMZ originally reported that Marina is selling the home because she is expecting a baby and plans to buy a bigger home in Miami with a guest house for her parents to live in. But there's a darker report out there that says Acton bought the house from Kim and Kanye, with a clause in the contract that said the famous pair had to help promote Acton's singing career, appear with her in public and just in general raise her profile in Hollywood. Not sure how true this is, so take it as a grain of salt. However it does explain the quick flip.
Kimye initially bought the Bel Air home in 2013 and it underwent years of remodeling. They have since moved to a new home in Hidden Hills, which is a better fit for their lives with three children. The pair renovated the Bel Air home from top to bottom, spending millions on it and the changes they made are remarkable.
