My kid is a picky eater, if yours isn't then I ENVY you. The only type of sandwich we can get our child to eat right now is jelly on wheat bread. We would make it a pb&j, but there is a child with a nut allergy in her class so no nuts allowed. Since we can't get creative with sandwiches without risking her going on a hunger strike, we have to get creative with the snacks or sides that we add to her lunches. Here are a few snacks you can pack options for school lunches that you may find as useful as we do.
