The stars rocked the red carpet for MTV's 2018 Video Music Awards and we are all here for it. The awards ceremony is taking place at New York City's Radio City Music Hall on Monday, August 20, and some of the biggest names in music are in attendance. One of the first big stars to arrive was Cardi B, making it her first public appearance since giving birth to baby Kulture in July.
