Khloé Kardashian was 23 years old when Keeping up With the Kardashians premiered in 2007 and she's been in the public eye ever since. The reality star is now 40 and has been killing it professionally and not just on her family's newer reality show, The Kardashians. Her Good American clothing line and her various endorsements and sponsorships make her a bona fide business mogul. Add to that that she's head over heels in love with her two children, whom she shares with her ex, NBA star Tristan Thompson, and it's clear that Khloé leads a full and fulfilling life. Not that her life is always easy or mess-free, but somehow she manages to take it all in stride and works to evolve.

Speaking of evolving, Khloé's appearance has gone through quite the evolution since we first met her on her family's former reality show over 15 years ago. She has completely transformed her body and even had her own series, Revenge Body, which centered around Khloé helping others look and feel their best physically and emotionally.
People are always speculating about whether she's had work done, including a nose job and other procedures to help with weight loss. Khloé shut down a fan on Instagram who asked her if she'd gotten a nose job, saying makeup is what gave her nose a narrower appearance.
