Sometimes I wonder what goes through the minds of celebrities when they dress up for an award show. I watch the Latin Grammys every year, not just to support the greatest and most talented Latin music artists, but also to check out some of the best red carpet looks. But lots of times even the most stylish celebs show up in the most questionable outfits. I'm all for taking fashion risks, but there's definitely a fine line between experimenting and just looking straight up loca!

You think Shakira was always a fashionista? Absolutely NOT! The girl showed up in hideous ripped jeans with lace crotch, fur scarf, belly-shirt-thing (pictured above) to the Third Annual Latin Grammy Awards in 2002.
