Even though Earth Day (April 22) has passed, it definitely still has me thinking about all the different ways I can become a little more eco-friendly. I figured since I'm such a beauty buff to start by going green with my lipsticks. Why? Well because some of the most popular lipsticks and glosses out there that have ingredients that can be quite harmful. In fact, a study done by UC Berkeley researchers found heavy concentrations of metals including lead, cadmium, chromium, aluminum, and magnesium that in time can raise some serious health concerns. Isn't that crazy? Not to mention, organic lipsticks is definitely better for the environment.
